Welcome to Zaptilo ("we", "us", "our"), a brand of SpringEdge Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India. By accessing or using our platform at zaptilo.ai and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of Service

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy at all times.
• Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates any third-party rights.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without a valid Partner agreement.

4. Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use the platform. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by Zaptilo. You retain ownership of the content you send through the platform. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaptilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
