How do I get started?
Sign up for a free account, connect your WhatsApp Business number, and you're ready to start sending. The entire setup takes under 5 minutes.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes. You need an approved WhatsApp Business API number. If you don't have one yet, we can help you get set up during onboarding.
Pricing & Credits
How does pay-as-you-go work?
Buy credit packs whenever you need them. Each message, campaign, or chatbot action deducts a small number of credits based on the action type. There are no monthly fees, no annual contracts, and no lock-in periods.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits stay in your account until you use them. Top up anytime you need more.
How is pricing different from competitors?
Most WhatsApp platforms charge monthly or yearly subscriptions regardless of usage. Zaptilo uses a pure pay-as-you-go model — you only pay for what you actually use, making it much more cost-effective, especially for businesses with variable messaging volumes.
